Pentax K20D

In 2008, Pentax released an upgraded digital SLR camera, the K20D, which is intended to replace the K10D.

The 14.6 megapixel CMOS sensor works with the Pentax PRIME imaging engine to allow for many pre-set and custom image settings. The 2.7 inch LCD viewing screen is high resolution as well as a live view feature for instant viewing of the subject. The K20D is also dust and weather resistant for greater durability of the camera body.

Engadget was impressed with the high ISO capability, up to 3200. Amazon users rated the K20D five of five stars, citing excellent image quality in a variety of lighting situations as well as improved shake control from previous models in the Pentax line.
