Adopted is a television mock-reality show starring Pauly Shore. The show was picked up for distribution by the Shine Group of London. The reality show will feature Shore's attempt at adopting a child from Africa. Adopted was originally intended to be a "mockumentary" film about the comedian's efforts to adopt an African child.
