Paul Prudhomme is a celebrity chef, author, and restaurateur who specializes in Cajun food.
Career
In 1979, Prudhomme opened his restaurant, Louisiana Kitchen, in New Orleans. He has also created his own special blend of Cajun seasonings known as Meat Magic, Vegetable Magic, and Poultry Magic and has written several cookbooks.
In 2007, he began hosting Chef Paul Prudhomme's Always Cooking! on PBS.
