Paul Lo Duca is a catcher for the Washington Nationals. After walking on to the baseball team at Glendale Community College in Arizona, LoDuca transferred to Arizona State University, where became 1993 The Sporting News player of the year. After his collegiate career, the Los Angeles Dodgers selected him in the 25th round of the 1993 amateur draft. LoDuca made his major league debut with the Dodgers on June 21, 1998. He played for the Dodgers, Marlins, and Mets, before joining the Nationals as a free agent in 2007.
