Paul Kanjorski is the Democratic Congressional Representative for the 11th district in Pennsylvania. Starting his career in politics in 1984, Kanjorski is now the Democratic At-Large Whip. He is also a member of the House Government Reform Committee, which was in the news (in 2008) for conducting hearings on steroid use in Major League Baseball.

He has supported the $250 million federal funding of the Wyoming Valley Levee raising project, and the $48 million renovation of the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania.
