About the Game
Patapon 2 is the sequel to 2008's Patapon and continues the story where the first game left off. The tribe of mighty Patapons have set sail across the ocean in a newly constructed boat, which is overturned by a kraken. The Patapon wash onto the shore of a strange new land...In the first game, there were seven different unit types with unique strengths and weaknesses. In Patapon 2, there are three new units: Toripon, a flying bird; Robopon, a robot that can throw rocks; and Mahopon, a magician type who uses different staves to bless the army and cast devastating spells. The game also has 200% more content than the original game and nearly 100 missions.IGN: Patapon 2
In addition to the single-player campaign, Patapon 2 features a multiplayer mode that supports up to four players. The multiplayer levels consist of two parts: fight to obtain a giant egg; then carry it to a shrine and hatch it.
