Pat Metheny

Pat Metheny is a Jazz guitar player who has been making music for over thirty years. He often plays with his band, "The Pat Metheny Group."

Career

In 1975, Metheny emerged as a jazz musician with Gary Buron's band, Bright Size Life. Following Metheny's solo album, Watercolors, in 1977, The Pat Metheny Group was formalized. Metheny has collaborated with musicians such as Jim Hall, Herbie Hancock, Pedro Aznar, and Bill Stewart among many others.
