Pastor Manning is the founder of the ATLAH World Missionary Church in Harlem, New York. In November 2009, Pastor Manning claimed his church was investigated by the CIA in response to statement he made about "Barack Hussein the long-legged mack daddy Obama." Pastor Manning's website featured a video where he claims Obama is an illegal alien that should be prosecuted for treason, rather than be assassinated. Criticism of Barack Obama
During the presidential campaign, Manning was critical of then Senator Barack Obama, expressing his displeasure in a speech posted on YouTube entitled Obama's Bra 54 Double D. November 18th "Truth to Power" Video by Pastor Manning
This is the same video that was titled "Dr. Manning Speaks Truth to Power: Obama" on the Atlah.org website. In this video, uploaded on November 18, 2009, Manning makes very controversial remarks.
The second video, apparently filmed in church, shows Pastor Manning says he will likely be arrested.
