  • NHL Career

    Leclaire was drafted eighth overall in the 2001 NHL draft by the Columbus Blue Jackets. He was assigned to the Syracuse Crunch in the American Hockey League. In 2003, Leclaire was called up to make his NHL debut with the Blue Jackets. He split the next two years between the NHL and the AHL and earned a full roster spot with the Blue Jackets in 2006.

    In January of 2009, Leclaire was placed on injured reserve with a lower-body injury.
