Party Planning

Unfortunately, parties don't plan themselves. Party planning is an essential part of the party-throwing process.

Party Tips

  1. Plan ahead
  2. Tell guests the date and day of the week, the time the party begins, and the location of the party
  3. Make a list of things to buy
  4. Buy food several days in advance
  5. Prep as much food as possible the day before
  6. Clean the house the day before
  7. Serve foods that go together
  8. Buy at least twice as much ice as you think you need
  9. Tell guests if you want them to bring something
  10. Have stain remover on hand for when (not if!) food or drink is spilled
  11. If alcoholic beverages will be served, make sure to have non-alcoholic options available
  12. Don't let your guests drink and drive - provide a place to stay if your guests are tipsy
