Paris Je T'aime

  • Paris Je T'aime ("Paris, I Love You") is a 2006 collection of 18 vignettes set in Paris, produced by Emmanuel Benbihy and Claudie Ossard.
  • Background

The original intention with Paris Je T'aime was to have 20 short films about each of Paris's arrondissements (districts). Two of them did not make the final cut, due to transition issues.

As the title states, each short film is a love story, whether it be the romance between two people (Natalie Portman's short), between a mortal and a vampire (Elijah Wood's short), or between a tourist and the city itself (Margo Martindale's short).

Released in the United States in 2007, the film was generally praised by critics, as it currently has a 84% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
