Pam Dawber is an American actress who portrayed the role of Mindy McConnell in the sitcom Mork and Mindy from 1978-1982 alongside Robin Williams. She has since appeared in other television roles including Samantha 'Sam' Russell on My Sister Sam.

Mork and Mindy
Dawber portrayed the role of Mindy McConnell in Mork and Mindy alongside Robin Williams, who portrayed the role of Mork. The show was based on the adventures of an alien named Mork from the planet Ork. Mork was sent to study the planet Earth. Mindy provided Mork with a place to stay and the couple's friendship quickly turned into a romance. Mork became famous for his saying, "nanoo nanoo."
