Located in Jumeirah, Dubai, the Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island shaped like a palm tree and surrounded by a crescent of breakwater. In addition to thousands of residential properties, the Palm Jumeirah houses several luxury hotels, including the Trump International Hotel and Tower. The areas are connected by a monorail and an underwater tunnel connects the island to the surrounding crescent.
