  • P.O.D. is a Grammy nominated Christian Hard Rock band from San Diego, California. The crossed over to mainstream success with their third studio album The Fundamental Elements of Southtown in 1999. The song "Rock the Party (Off the Hook)" reached number one on MTV's Total Request Live shortly after. The album went platinum.

    The current members of P.O.D. are: lead singer Sonny Sandoval, Wuv Bernardo on drums, Marcos Curiel on guitar and Traa Daniels on bass guitar. Former members include Gabe Portillo and Jason Truby. When they perform live, the get help with percussion and keyboards from Tim Pacheco, and ODZ joins with guitar.
