Running back P.J Hill most recently played college football with the Wisconsin Badgers.
Hill was arrested on March 14, 2009, in Wisconsin on charges of suspicion of drunken driving and leading police on a chase. He reportedly hit a guardrail and left the scene. Police found his vehicle moments later, but Hill fled, leading police on a chase.
