Owen Wilson is an American actor who is a part of "The Frat Pack" with the likes of Ben Stiller, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, Vince Vaughn and his brother Luke. He got his start alongside visionary director Wes Anderson, with whom he frequently collaborated. Wilson co-wrote Anderson's debut, Bottle Rocket, as well as the critically acclaimed films Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums. He was nominated for an Oscar for his writing on Tenenbaums.
Wilson has been involved in an on-again-off-again relationship with Kate Hudson since September of 2006. Perez Hilton reported on April 9, 2009, that the couple had split after being reunited for only two months.PerezHilton: Shocker! Kate & Owen Break Up - Yet Again (April 9, 2009)
Acting Career
Although Wilson acted in both Bottle Rocket and The Royal Tenenbaums, he gained wide exposure in the films Shanghai Noon and Zoolander, the latter of which inducted him into the Frat Pack family. In 2004, he starred with Ben Stiller again in Starsky & Hutch. A year later, he joined Vince Vaughn in the smash hit comedy Wedding Crashers. Wilson worked with Wes Anderson in 2004 in The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and again in 2007, with his part in The Darjeeling Limited.In 2008, Wilson plays the role of Jennifer Aniston's husband in the Christmas release of Marley and Me.
Suicide Attempt
