Common Oven Roasted Vegetables and Spices
- Butternut squash, diced
- Zucchini, cubed
- Mushrooms, halved
- Bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- Sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- Potatoes, cubed
- Onion, sliced
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

How to Make Oven Roasted Vegetables
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Mix the squash, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, sweet potato, potato and onion in a large bowl.
- Combine the thyme, rosemary and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the oil mixture over the vegetables and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the vegetable mixture to a large roasting pan.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy!
