Some of the biggest past oscar winners include the films Ben Hur, Titanic and Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King - all of which have won eleven Oscars.
Katharine Hepburn, Jack Nicholson and Ingrid Bergman are among the leaders in total wins for the acting categories.
To date, only three films have won the so-called "Oscar Grand Slam" - taking home awards for Best Picture, Director, Actor, Actress and Writing. These films are It Happened One Night in 1934, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in 1975, and The Silence of the Lambs in 1991.
