Oscar Tulio Lizcano is a lawyer from Colombia who was held as a hostage in Colombia by FARC rebels for eight years. On October 25, 2008, Lizcano was freed by one of the soldiers who was holding him hostage. Lizcano had been in poor health in recent months.
