  • Pick Your Pasta

Different pasta is best served with different sauces. The lighter the sauce, the thinner the pasta. Capellini goes best with thin sauces, while linguine goes best with thicker sauces. Sauces with meat or vegetable pieces should be served with pasta that has a place to hold it, like conchiglie, orechette or penne.
