Oral Roberts University is a private, four year chrarismatic Christian and liberal arts university based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ORU offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Oral Roberts University is one of the largest Christian based universities in the country. ORU was founded by televangelist Oral Roberts.

Student Pledge
ORG requires all students to sign a pledge to uphold the university's honor code. The code prohibited activities such as, lying, cursing, smoking, drinking, gambling and a variety of sexual acts including homosexuality.The students must also follow a dress code described as business casual. Other restrictions include the length of mens hair, facial hair, and earrings for men are prohibited.
