Oral Roberts University is one of the largest Christian based universities in the country. ORU was founded by televangelist Oral Roberts.

• Student Pledge

  ORG requires all students to sign a pledge to uphold the university's honor code. The code prohibited activities such as, lying, cursing, smoking, drinking, gambling and a variety of sexual acts including homosexuality.

  The students must also follow a dress code described as business casual. Other restrictions include the length of mens hair, facial hair, and earrings for men are prohibited.
