Optical Illusions

An Optical Illusions is a visual effect that is in some way dissimilar from reality. With an optical illusion, your eye sees one set of data and your brain interprets it and 'shows' it to you differently, causing things to appear other than they are, such as three-dimensional when the item is only two-dimensional, or something may appear moving when it is truly still, or the size, distance or relative proportions of an item appear off from what they truly are by measure.
