Oprah Winfrey and her company, Harpo Entertainment, are being sued based on an accusation that she stole the idea for her new reality show, Oprah's Big Give. The accuser, Darlene Tracy, claims she pitched an idea to Harpo Entertainment in 2005 for a show called "The Philanthropist". Tracy claims that an executive producer from Harpo Entertainment asked for specific details about the show and then turned it down.
