Olympic Nordic Combined

  • The Nordic Combined is a combination of cross-country skiing and ski jumping.     The Nordic Combined was invented by the Norwegians, and it was the main event at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival in 1892. It was a very famous event, and soon attracted skiers from the neighbor countries, even the King of Norway, King Olav V joined the competition.
