Olive Oil

Olive Oil is the oil that is extracted or pressed from olives. It is classified into six categories: Extra-virgin, Virgin, Pure, Refined, Olive-pomace, and Lampante.

Olive oil is used for cooking, beauty products, soaps, lamp oil and pharmaceuticals.

The International Olive Oil Council (IOCC), is an organization made up of 22 countries and located in Madrid, Spain, that defines olive oil quality and keeps track of production around the world.
