Former actress, model and singer Ola Ray starred in Michael Jackson's 1983 video for Thriller. Ray was also featured in Playboy magazine in June of 1980. On Tuesday, May 6, 2009, Ray filed a lawsuit against Jackson in a California court. Ray claimed that Jackson's payments had been incomplete and scarce since 1998. Thriller Lawsuit
In May 2009, Ray sued Michael Jackson over unpaid royalties from her appearance in the 1983 video Thriller. Ray's attorney said she did "did receive some payments early on, but we don't believe they were complete, and they were never timely."
