There are several districts that make up the city, but the one that attracts tourists the most is the "Adventure District," which includes the City Zoo, museums and casinos.

Attractions
Most people that visit Oklahoma City can't seem to pass up seeing the Oklahoma City National Memorial, which stands on the site of one of the countries worst attacks. It's one of the saddest memorials, but is a must see in the city, and it's hard to miss.On a lighter note, the Adventure District is home to many great family attractions. The Oklahoma City Zoo and the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum are among them. The zoo also features a botanical gardens, many exhibits from habitats from around the world and even a butterfly garden. They also offer educational services, special events and a gift shop.
The National Cowboy Museum is full of historic information on Western history and culture, as well as exhibits such as the Buffalo Bill exhibit that is almost a daily showing. They offer tours, adult educational workshops and even a children's website from the main site.
Another great family-oriented attraction is Six Flags Frontier City. It's home to Oklahoma's tallest amusement ride, water rides, four great roller coasters and "hours of fun" of the kids. In all, there are over 50 attractions and rides throughout the park.
