Okami Demon Fangs

The Demon Fangs are special collectible items in the action-adventure game Okami. Demon Fangs can be traded in to merchants for powerful “artifact” items, and also traded in for certain Secret Brush Skills. Weaker items, such as the Godly Charm, cost less Demon Fangs (only eight), whereas more powerful items, like the Golden Ink Pot cost much more (100). Different enemies drop a different number of Demon Fangs, between one and four. Additionally, if you get an “S” ranking in Demon Fang collection after you beat the entire game, you will receive the Kamic Transformer 6, a special costume.

1. Fight an enemy until its life is depleted, and right before it dies perform that enemy's corresponding elemental brush skill. This results in one Demon Fang.
2. Blank Load Screen: At a “blank scroll” load screen, rapidly press the X button, and get up to 50 paw prints to get one Demon Fang
3. Paw-Prints Load Screen: Time your X-button presses in sync with the paw prints on the screen; if you get enough “big” paw prints you will receive one Demon Fang.
4. Brown Rage: Explosive weapon that results in two Demon Fangs.
5. Golden Fury: A two-hit attack that results in one Demon Fang.

1. Golden Ink Pot (100): Raises the rate of regeneration for ink pots
2. Water Tablet (100): Ammy can run across water
3. Fog Pot (80): Awards the Mist Warp Brush Skill
4. Thief's Glove (70): Lets you steal items from enemies by drawing a line between Amaterasu and the enemy
5. Golden Lucky Cat (50): Magnetizes items to you
6. Wooden Mat (30): When Amaterasu falls asleep, Ammy will regenerate solar energy, at the cost of Yen
7. Golden Peach (15): Completely fills up Astral Pouch
8. Godly Charm (8): Maxes out Godhood
9. Traveler's Charm (3): Raises strength of your shield
