  • Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, or OCPD, is defined as a pervasive pattern of preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and mental and interpersonal control, at the expense of flexibility, openness, and efficiency. It is different from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
