The Obama administration unveiled their new health care logo in June 2009. The logo uses Obama's circular campaign graphic along with a modernized version of the symbol for medicine, the caduceus, or two snakes wrapped around a staff, topped off by wings.http://drblayney.com/Asclepius.html There are three stars above the health care logo. Comparing one logo to another != comparing healthcare to genocide... And how is making one group pay for the healthcare of others fair and balanced, to borrow a phrase? Regardless, I agree with coffeegroup, the designer failed on this one.

The TRUTH is that Limbaugh was commenting on the Nancy Pelosi clam that healthcare opponents were carrying Swastikas. Her claim was false. Limbaugh was answering absurdity with absurdity. Some people, (Jason included?), just don't get it.

What we need is valid criticism of all government actions that damage the free market, whether they be from democrats or republicans, not just when the dems are in office.

and we need focus on issues not crap claims like this designed to stir up the simple minded and alienate the intelligent.

dctruth: if one wishes to respond to an absurdity with an absurdity, on should say "that's absurd and would be like X". Rush does not appear to be doing that. In fact he goes about Joe Kennedy and Hitler.

The reporting is lacking just a little...Rush compared....,while commenting on Nancy Pelosi's statement "I think they are Astroturf -- you be the judge -- of carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town hall meeting on health care" at San Francisco General Hospital. All you had to do is follow the links here at Mahalo to get the "real" story if you were really interested. Been looking around on Mahalo but haven't found a page condoning or condemning Nancy's negative and less than factual comments about those speaking against hers and the President's goal - Go figure.

why hasn't anyone questioned as to why our flag? is laying down below the new symbols? I questioned this when I first saw his campaign logo .Not proper flag etiquette in my opinion ,but since there are no stars either they can say it wasn't our flag . just tooo creepy ! makes me feel as if they are trying to show the world our sacred flag is crushed below the new agenda . gave me the creeps when he said the word during campaign . just an observation and an opinion.

The Caduceus is the most recognized medical symbol used for years by many physicians and medical facilities. It is also on the US Army Medical Corps Branch Plaque and Branch Insignia. Are they all Nazi's too?

Nancy Pelosi, not Limbaugh, is the one who brought up the issue of this Obama logo. SHE called them Nazi swastikas even though they were clearly the Obama Logo in the crowds. Why are liberal socialists so thin skinned and hateful? Why does the news media cover for them?
If you Limbaugh haters would listen to the program in context instead of listening to the ABC,CBS,NBC,PBS,CNN reporters misconstruing what Rush was reporting, you would know the whole story. IDIOCY

Its easy if you are a millionaire and HATE minorities and think the healthcare system you dont even use is great than vote Republican and we can change nothing but put more money in your bank account.
