The book If I Did It was written by O.J. Simpson and later withdrawn from publication due to a controversial first-person recounting of the night Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were murdered. On August 14, 2007, a literary agent in the employ of the Goldman family announced a secretive deal to release the book.
