Nobu Matsuhisa

Celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa opened a number of restaurants in cities around the world including New York City, Melbourne, and Hong Kong. His signature dishes typically blend Japanese with South American flavors aimed to please the western palate.

He began his career as an apprentice in Tokyo sushi bars, then continued his culinary training in Lima, Peru. His drive for knowledge also led him to Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alaska, and Los Angeles where he opened his first restaurant.
