The 2008 Nobel Peace Prize winners will be announced on Friday, October 10th at the Nobel Institute in Oslo, Norway. Two Chinese dissidents, Gao Zhisheng and Hu Jia, are considered favorites to win the Prize, a move which would likely anger the Chinese government.
