No-bake cookies are prepared without the use of an oven. Crispy crunchy ingredients are stirred together with sticky, gooey ingredients, then shaped and cooled. How to Make No-Bake Cookies
- Mix the milk, butter or margarine, cocoa and sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and cook for two minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, and vanilla until well blended and then stir in the oats and combine well.
- Drop tablespoon sized portions of the mixture onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate until the cookies are firm, then enjoy!
