Ninja Gaiden

Ninja Gaiden is a 2004 Xbox game based on the original 1980s Ninja Gaiden Arcade Game. The game takes place two years before the events of the first Dead of Alive game, in which the Ninja Gaiden's protagonist, (Ryu Hayabusa), also plays a part. The modern adaptations are known for their high level of difficulty and amazing graphics.

Take control of Ryu Hayabusa on a mission of vengeance against Doku for murdering the Hayabusa Shrine Maiden. The campaign pits Ryu against mobs of attacking enemies that require quick reactions and lengthy combos to over come as well as a number of challenging bosses that require a carefully planned strategy. Ryu has numerous weapons at his disposal including war hammers, swords, staffs and flails. He also has the ability to learn Ninpos, or magic spells, which can deal major damage to attacking enemies. The Ninpos include ice attacks, fire storms and lighting bolts.
