The hero in Ninja Gaiden 2, Ryu Hayabusa, has nine main melee weapons to choose from: the Dragon Sword, the Falcon's Talons, the Dragon's Claw and Tiger's Fang, the Eclipse Scythe, the Lunar Staff, the Kusari-gama, the Vigoorian Flail and the Tonfa. You will acquire each of these weapons gradually as you progress through the game.
