  • Hockey Career

    Antropov began his hockey career playing in Russia for the Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk in 1996. He moved to the Dynamo Moscow in the Russian Super League in 1998 after he was selected 10th overall in the 1998 NHL draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs. Antropov made his NHL debut with the Maple Leafs in 1999, splitting his first few seasons between the Toronto Maple Leafs and their American Hockey League affiliate, the St. John's Maple Leafs.Legends of Hockey: Nikolai Antropov

    During the 2004-2005 NHL lockout, Antropov returned to Russia to play for the Ak Bars Kazan and the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.   • International Career
