Nikki & Nora

Nikki & Nora is an unaired pilot made in 2004 for the UPN network. Christina Cox stars as Nora Delaney and Liz Vassey as Nikki Beaumont; characters who worked as detectives for the New Orleans Police Department and were also romantically linked.

The episode featured an undercover case where the detectives arrest a drug dealer, and a case where they solve the murder of a rich socialite. The episode was shot on location in New Orleans. Nora's younger brother, Bobby (who also is a police officer), is the only one in the Delaney family that knows about Nora and Nikki, complicating their relationship.

Late in 2009, Nancylee Myatt, Christina Cox and Liz Vassey participated in a fan based interview and many production stills from the shoot were shared by Ms. Myatt, as well as revealing a number of additional facts about the episode.

There is still interest in this series as shown by the filming of Ladycops, a spoof of Nikki & Nora included in the webseries 3Way and filmed by Nancylee Myatt starting Christina Cox and Liz Vassey.

Nancylee Myatt, the creator of Nikki & Nora, also created a web show, 3Way. As part of the show, Nancy created a fictional show called, Ladycops. This show was a spoof/tribute to Nikki & Nora, using a similar premise as well as the two stars of Nikki & Nora, Christina Cox and Liz Vassey.
