  • Nicollette Sheridan is a British-born American actress. She was born on November 21, 1963 in Worthing, West Sussex, England. Sheridan emigrated to the United States in 1973. She can currently be seen in the ABC primetime soap Desperate Housewives.

    Actress Nicollette Sheridan attended Vienna's Opera Ball as the celebrity date of businessman Richard Lugner in February 2009. Sheridan, whose character, Edie, will leave Desperate Housewives next season, told Austrian reporters, "I'm always looking for a man. But please, only princes should talk to me."   • Acting Career

    Sheridan made her acting debut with the soap opera Paper Dolls in 1984. From there she hit it big on the set of the night time soap opera Knots Landing where she played the role of Paige Matheson. She won a Soap Opera Digest Award for her role. After Knots Landing ended, Sheridan went on to play in the movies Spy Hard and Beverly Hills Ninja. In 2004, Sheridan began playing on the [[[ABC]] television series Desperate Housewives where she will continue to play the role of Edie Britt until 2010.

  • Family Matters

    Sheridan is the daughter of actress Sally Sheridan. Her father is unknown, however she considers her mother's late boyfriend, Telly Savalas to be her father. She was romantically involved with actor Leif Garrett from 1979 to 1985. In September 7, 1991, the actress married actor Harry Hamlin. Their marriage ended in a divorce in 1993.

  • Relationship With Michael Bolton

    Sheridan became engaged to singer Michael Bolton in March of 2006. It was rumored that Sheridan was pregnant with Bolton's child, but the couple denied the rumors. In August of 2008, the couple announced that they had canceled their engagement.
