Brief Biography
Nicole Brown Simpson met O.J. Simpson when she was 19 and working at a nightclub. In 1985, the two wed after O.J.'s retirement from professional football. Seven years later, Nicole Brown Simpson filed for divorce, citing an "abusive relationship." -
The Murder
On the night of June 12, 1994, Nicole Brown dined with her mother at the Brentwood restaurant Mezzaluna and accidentally left behind a pair of eyeglasses. Waiter Ronald Goldman offered to bring the glasses to Simpson's apartment. Both Goldman and Simpson were found murdered in the walkway outside her home. O.J. Simpson was tried for the murders in 1995 but acquitted. -
