Movie star Nicolas Cage has filed a lawsuit against business manager Samuel Levin for mismanaging millions of dollars of Cage's income and putting the actor in severe debt with the IRS.http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/showbiz/2009/11/03/kaye.nicolas.cage.broke.cnn

Cage has pointed the finger at Levin for getting him into the financial mess. But debate has sprung up over whose responsibility it is to watch the actor's money.
