Nick Jr. is a television network for young children, it is part of Nickelodeon, a network dedicated to children. Nick, Jr, has shows that are geared to preschool age children, such as Dora the Explorer, Go Diego Go, the Fresh Beat Band, Kai-lan, Backyardigans, Blues Clues, Wonder Pets, Wow Wow Wubbsand Moose and Zee.
Noggin has recently changed its name to Nick, Jr. It was always a part of the Nickelodeon network, but the network decided to make that connection clearer to viewers by changing the name.
