In the last month of the 2008 National Football League regular season, December, we saw a handful of coaches fired, including four dismissals on December 29, 2008. Several teams finished the season setting NFL records, however not all records were positive, like the Detroit Lions finishing the NFL's first-ever 0-16 season.
