Never Been Kissed is a comedy film starring Drew Barrymore, David Arquette, Michael Vartan, Jessica Alba and Jeremy Jordan.

Never Been Kissed follows a 25 year-old copy editor, Josie Geller (Drew Barrymore) as she goes undercover to write a story about high school students. While attending high school she had been a misfit and unpopular, and was attempting to overcome her insecurities and become friends with the popular kids. After receiving counseling from her popular brother, Rob (David Arquette), she learns how to fit in and eventually becomes good friends with a group of highly popular kids. While doing her research, she finds that she has feelings for her young English teacher, Sam Coulson (Michael Vartan). When he finds out that she was not actually a high school student and much older than he thought, he became upset and stated he did not want to speak to her again. Josie is devastated and writes a touching article about her findings, stating that she had never had a kiss before and had fallen in love with Sam. He forgives her and becomes her first kiss.
