Nelson Muntz Making Fun Of Bart
This is an episode of "The Simpsons" where the Simpson family has a pool in their backyard and the neighborhood kids come to swim in it. Bart gets on top of his treehouse and announces that he would like to disuss safety rules. The kids in the pool tempt him to jump, but before he does, Nelson warns him that his "epidermis" is visible. As a consequence, Bart falls from his treehouse onto the ground, and Nelson issues his trademark laugh.
