Steven Chalem and Victoria Miranda, former employees of a Neiman Marcus department store in Northbrook, Illinois, filed a lawsuit against the company on October 1, 2008, alleging that they were videotaped having sex. Chalem and Miranda allege that their superior installed hidden cameras and secretly videotaped them and other employees.
