Neil Lane is a celebrity jeweler based in Los Angeles, CA. He launched his business in 1989 in a tiny booth in a low-rent jewelry outlet on Beverly Boulevard, which is still there. He states he generated revenues in the $50 million range in 1995. Before he started his business, he spent two years in Paris studying painting at L’Ecole des Beaux Arts. He also developed a taste for vintage jewelry by visiting Parisian flea markets.
