Pro Career
Johnston signed a professional baseball contract with the Philadelphia Phillies after college and played two and a half years for the Terre Haute Phillies of the Three-I League. Later, he became a professional basketball player and spent 8 years in the NBA for the Philadelphia Warriors.Awards and Honors
