Born on October 6, 1990, Nazem Kadri is only the second Muslim ever drafted to play in the NHL, and only the fourth of Lebanese descent to play in the league. 2010-11 Season

Nazem Kadri played most of the 2009-10 season in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for the London Knights. In 56 games for the Knights, he scored 93 points on 35 goals and 58 assists, logging a +26 plus/minus rating on the season. 2008-09 Season

During the 2008-09 season, Kadri played center for the London Knights in 56 games, and finished second on the team with 78 points on the season. Kadri scored 25 goals and had 53 assists, finishing with a +13 plus/minus rating.
