National Pancake Day

National Pancake Day is a day celebrated at the restaurant IHOP (International House of Pancakes). IHOP gives out free pancakes on this day, which falls every year at a Tuesday in February. In 2010, the day was celebrated on February 23. IHOP coined the term National Pancake Day and has offered free pancakes on the day since 2006. It offers a free stack of three buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m on February 23 for dine-in only. In return, they ask for voluntary donations to several charities, including the charity Children's Miracle Network.
